Asamoah Gyan to complete Shanghai SIPG move

Asamoah Gyan is in china to complete his move to Chinese Club Shanghai SIPG for a contract worth £227,000-a-week. Gyan, who spent a season in the Premier League with Sunderland in 2009-10, already earns approximately £160,000-a-week with current side Al Ain.
"I want to really thank the entire Al Ain club and its fans for the support they have me in my time here," Gyan told Al Ain's official website.
This deal will make the Ghanian one of the highest paid players.
