Nice to offer Ben Arfa new salary package

French player Hatem Ben Arfa has been linked with a move away from Nice after an impressive season he has and PSG is reportedly interested in the player as their highest goal scorer Ibrahimovic exit the club but his currently club is planning on tripling his current wages so as to keep him at the club next season.
