Barcelona forward Lionel Messi has always been criticised of not putting the same effort he puts at the club level and that is why he has npt won any major trophy at international level.
Paraguay international Roque Santa Cruz has now said it's a lie that the Barcelona man doesn't put enough effort at national team level. He said if you look at him closely, you will see that he's still the same Messi you know at Barcelona and it's time Messi shut those that are criticising him and win a major national trophy.
