New Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is trying to build a new squad ahead of 2016/2017 season and he has said he needs 10 new players at the club for the team to become competitive again and he has identified Everton and England's defender John Stones as a perfect defender for the club but according to Manchester Evening news, Manchester City will have to wait till the end of the European competition before making a formal approach for the player as the England national coach said he will not allow any player to go outside of the camp to sort their transfer business.
