Is Ozil blaming Giroud for not breaking Henry's record?

There was a meme on Instagram and Mesut Ozil liked the page. As at December 22, 2015 it looked like the German play maker will break Arsenal legend Thierry Henry;s record assist of 20 in the 2002-2003 season after setting up 15 goals but you all know what happened after that.

Giroud decided not to score again and Ozil couldn't break the record. Do you think Ozil is blaming the french striker for not breaking Henry's record of assist by liking the Instagram page?
