Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has denied there is any rift with
Raheem Sterling and has confirmed the England international is on the
verge of a move to Manchester City. Rodgers told reporters at a press conference in Bangkok that Liverpool has agreed a deal with a club on Sterling and he will be having his medical soon. "Raheem and I have always remained very strong in our relationship and
that remained the case when we left. There is no issue there."
