Good news for Paris Saint-Germain fans as L'Equipe reports that UEFA have decided to lift financial fair play restrictions on the Ligue 1 champions. The French paper claims
that PSG will celebrate by launching a bid for No. 1 target Angel Di
Maria, and can offer Manchester United's asking price of €60 million for
the Argentine's services.
The fact that Bayern Munich's Pep
Guardiola has ruled out a move for the quicksilver Argentine might hurt
PSG's bargaining power, but this will be one to watch as the summer
wears on. ESPN FC's Alexis Nunes and Shaka Hislop question whether or
not the Ligue 1 side would be a better fit for Di Maria instead of Old
Trafford.
