Chelsea have agreed a loan deal for the colombian striker despite his struggles at Old Trafford last season.
Chelsea is a club where most players have become a laughing stock. First Andriy Shevchenko, then Fernando Torres. The statistics were damning. 
He scored 155 goals in 200 games for Porto, Atletico Madrid and Monaco but he mustered a mere four in 29 games for Manchester United. So if Mourinho, winner of 2 European cups and 8 domestic league titles in 4 countries can restore him to past glories, it will rank as one of the finest achievements of his storied managerial career.
